“Adam’s value lies not just in what he ships, but in how he works: fast, curious, opinionated, and contagious in his energy. He creates leverage by showing what’s possible and then pulling others into that velocity.”
Proof
A few notes from people I’ve worked alongside.
“His ‘build to align’ approach is unmatched. He’s especially effective in ambiguous or undefined environments, where others may stall or wait for permission.”
“From my first day I saw that Adam was making an outsized contribution to the way we operated, the tools we used, and the processes teams ran by. He sought out vendors, weighed cost/benefit, and advocated for real improvements.”
“He’s been a strong champion for generative AI tools — building, exploring vendors, and sharing approaches broadly. A great example of developing deep expertise and teaching it to the team.”
Problems I solve
If any of these sound familiar, we’re probably a fit.
- “We know we should be using AI more, but it’s stuck at a few ChatGPT uploads and nobody owns the system.”
- “Ops grew by accident as we scaled. The work is getting done — just not coherently, and not by someone accountable for it.”
- “Someone is already doing this between the cracks of their real job. We need that work named, owned, and improved.”
- “We don’t need a full-time Internal AI / Ops hire yet. We need the process and tools stood up so the team can run them.”
How I work
I don’t show up with a preferred vendor list. I embed with your team, assess the real problem, design the process and the right tools for it, train people so adoption sticks, and hand off a system that keeps saving hours after I’m gone.
- Typically about ~10 hours per week
- Engagements are often 1–2 months to stand something up that compounds
- Success looks like hours saved and more empowered teams — not AI-slop

-
Incident visibility
- Problem
- Incident and uptime rates weren’t measurable (but clearly bad) — hurting eng QoL, uptime, and revenue.
- What I did
- Manual failure tracking → best-in-class tooling; process sized to the team; rolled out highest-need teams first.
- Outcome
- Leadership visibility into rates and causes; better eng QoL; a consistent tool and process.
-
Battery go-live
- Problem
- First-time ops takeover of a 100MW/100MWh battery — reputation, revenue, and grid stability on the line.
- What I did
- Built central source-of-truth tooling for legal, product, commercial, and exec coordination.
- Outcome
- Smooth go-live; highest-performing battery in ERCOT 12 months later.
-
One source of truth
- Problem
- Three overlapping sources of truth, each with advocates — untenable day to day.
- What I did
- Diligence on team needs and options; assessed current tools and replacements.
- Outcome
- Migrated to Notion without lost info or stranded teammates; consolidated and cut cost.
-
Trading reliability
- Problem
- Revenue depended on energy trading, but submissions failed across ingest, processing, optimization, and submission.
- What I did
- Mapped every workflow step and failure mode; tracked failures and fixed them durably.
- Outcome
- Submission success 70% → >99%; scaled from one strategy in one ISO to five across four.
-
Becoming AI-native
- Problem
- Unclear what AI to support, whether the platform was agent-ready, and how teams should work with the new capability.
- What I did
- Led a tiger team on internal ops and ambitious products to push infrastructure forward.
- Outcome
- Filled gaps (vector DB, agent security, frameworks); became AI-native; shipped first AI products in and out.
Background
- Product Operations Manager at ClimateTech Energy company — worked on the process so high-quality product delivery was systematic, not accidental
- Now Product Manager of the AI Agent Platform — hard skills and domain judgment to find and implement the right tool for the job
